There is a risk of lost or late filed applications when mailing forms that have a designated due date. To ensure these forms are filed properly, come to the BERS offices at Room 1603, 65 court Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201. A representative will provide you with a receipt of submission. BERS is unable to make any exceptions to rules enacted by law. BERS is not responsible for lost or late filed applications.
